Ethel T Mori Training Award

Mrs. Mori was a visionary of her time who encouraged many in the recreation profession to support community services and truly care for the people.  Mrs. Mori also believed that recreation is important in each person's life, as a total program, not just for play.

In honor of Mrs. Mori's Legacy, HRPS has renamed its Advanced Management Fund the "Ethel T. Mori Training Award".  Recipients may receive up to $500 per application to attend the NRPA National Congress, NRPA School and other training opportunities.
